DETAILED INFORMATION
Thesteeexporter is a well-known stockist and exporter of Stainless Steel 310 Seamless, Welded, ERW, and EFW Pipes, And Tubes. However, we are also good at manufacturing and supplying superior quality pipes and tubes to all the global accessing clients. Some specifications in which the pipes and tubes are available are surface finish, end finish, dimensi
ns, shapes, sizes, or lengths. This is how the pipes and tubes are also imported with the preferred specifications of the clients.
Different sizes and shapes are used in industrial applications. Tubes and pipes are tubular sections used in pressure applications. Both pieces of equipment have the right hollow shape and size for each application.
Furthermore, they are available in various shapes: round, rectangular, flat, and square. Hollow sections allow fluids or liquids to flow easily.
Stainless Steel 310 Seamless, Welded, ERW, EFW Pipes & Tubes are manufactured, exported, and supplied by us. Seamless, Welded, SAW, LSAW, DSAW, etc., are all available in SS 310S and Tubes.S Pipes & Tubes are manufactured using quality stainless steel in different wall thicknesses and diameters. Our offered pipes & tubes are widely utilized in different machinery and various industrial processes. These pipes & tubes are available in various sizes and shapes per our client’s requirements. These pipes & Tubes are offered at very reasonable rates to our clients.
In grade 310, we have greater temperature properties, weldability, and ductility, making it a good choice for high-temperature applications. A special design has been made for the service that requires high temperatures. As far as continuous service temperature at 1150 degrees Celsius is concerned, it is resistant to oxidation, provided that reducing sulfur gas is not present. This steel grade is used for intermittent service at 1040 degrees Celsius. Grade 310S is used when the application’s atmosphere entails moist corrosion at a temperature lower than that specified as high-temperature service in normal applications. As a result of this grade’s low carbon content, it has a reduced high-temperature strength compared to grade 310.
Due to its high corrosion resistance, SS 310 pipes can be used in various environments and have excellent corrosion resistance properties compared to other grades of austenitic stainless steel. To meet the patrons’ specific requirements, the Stainless Steel 310/310S pipes are made available in custom-made specifications per the client’s specific requirements and at an affordable price.
Before the product is packaged and transported, the industry carries out many tests only to ensure the product is of high quality. As part of the test package, we will conduct positive material identification tests, intergranular corrosion tests, pitting resistance tests, hardness tests, chemical tests, mechanical tests, flattening/flaring tests, and macro/micro tests. A variety of documents are provided to the buyers as part of the order process, such as heat. In addition to the treatment chart and quality assurance plan for SS 310/310S pipes, the package includes a packing list, Raw material test report, guarantee letter, material traceability report, and lab test report, as well as radiography test reports as per EN 10204/2.1b fo310/310S pipeIn the carburizing environment, the stainless steel 310S pipe is widely used in the carburizing process. s packaging of the SS 310/310S pipes is done following standard product packaging techniques, such as wooden cases, and patrons’ specific requirements are transported safely during transit.

Grade 310 is austenitic stainless steel with medium carbon content. The chemical composition of this alloy contains manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium, and nickel, along with manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, and chromium. Consequently, the material has excellent mechanical properties, including a high tensile strength of 520 MPa, high hardness, high elongation percentage, and high yield strength of 205 MPa.
The material also has high electric conductivity. It has a thermal conductivity of 14.2 at 100 degrees Celsius and a melting range of over 1400-1500 degrees. As a result of all these properties, the 310 material is extremely heat-resistant, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and highly wear-resistant following the temperature at which it operates. Using 310 pipes in these applications is ideal since furnaces are among the industry’s most highly heated elements.
Although the material can be machinable, it has to be done slowly and extensively to avoid the formation of an oxide layer that will make it more difficult to work on. The use of work hardening should therefore be taken into account with caution. Due to the material’s high weldability, it is easy to use with furnaces. If you use filler metals and matching electrodes or SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, or SAW, you can weld it with furnace components using SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, or SAW.

UNS S30900 ERW Pipes, Stainless Steel 309 ERW Tubing, ASTM A213 TP310 Stainless Steel ERW Tubes, ASME SA 312 SS 310S Pipe
