To produce products that comply with the national and international product and quality standards, to achieve the main goal of ensuring customer and employee satisfaction, and to demonstrate perpetual improvement and development, through collaboration throughout the entire process. 

It is imperative to feed the results back to the plant as soon as possible in order to correct the steel composition where necessary based on the test results. 

To verify the precise chemical composition of each heat, TheSteelExporter’s Steel uses the latest analytical equipment and techniques at its advanced laboratories during steelmaking.

Testing policy:

The steelmaking process and the rolling process are subjected to a wide variety of quality tests to ensure that standards for quality are maintained during the entire production process. 

We also conduct precise mechanical testing of finished products in its well-equipped laboratories, ensuring their compliance with relevant standards.

Prior to shipping, the product undergoes a final quality check in the dispatch yard. All product deliveries must be approved by TheSteelExporter’s designated laboratories in accordance with all chemical and physical standards before they can be delivered.

We supply materials tested by government-recognized laboratories as per the norms.

Packing and Dispatch

TheSteelExporter strongly believes that first impressions last a lifetime. Customers are influenced by sound and safe packaging. Quality packaging standards are followed by us that follow international norms and are accepted worldwide.
